Ecuadordirect Travel is a legally registered tour operator in Ecuador, providing inbound travel services for international and domestic clients.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Services include tour organization, accommodation booking, transportation, guided activities, and adventure tourism. Services may be operated directly or through vetted third-party suppliers.
3. BOOKINGS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
A binding contract is formed upon written confirmation and receipt of the required payment. Clients must review all documentation and notify the company of any discrepancies without delay.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change due to external factors such as taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier adjustments. Payment deadlines are binding.

6. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
Clients must provide accurate information, comply with local laws, respect cultural norms, and follow safety instructions. Failure to comply may result in service termination without refund.
7. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND INSURANCE
Travel insurance covering medical care, evacuation, and trip interruption is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain activities.
8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY
Clients acknowledge that travel and adventure activities involve inherent risks. Ecuadordirect Travel limits liability to the maximum extent permitted by Ecuadorian law and international standards.
9. ITINERARY MODIFICATIONS
The company may modify itineraries for safety, operational, or force majeure reasons while maintaining service quality.

No liability shall arise from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or civil disturbances.
