Cancellations and penalties

In the event of cancellation of the trip, THE CONTRACTOR is subject to the following penalties: 
1. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the travel date will be charged 100% of the total tour price. In the event of force majeure, the amount indicated in the "UNUSED SERVICES" item will be considered. 
2. Refunds, if applicable, will be for the total amount less the initial 50%, which is non-refundable under any circumstances. 
3. In the event that the passenger does not show up at the start of the services or voluntarily cancels the service, the amount indicated in the "UNUSED SERVICES" item will be considered. 
4. A 10% variation in the number of passengers is acceptable. If the change is greater or less than this amount, the amount may be adjusted by mutual agreement depending on the amount of the change and the value of the adjustment. Free services may be reduced according to the new number of passengers.
